Biography

Mr. Jackson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CSI Compressco LP (formerly NASDAQ: CCLP), a provider of compression services and equipment for natural gas and oil production, from 2021 until April 2024, and previously as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spartan Energy Partners, which acquired CSI Compressco's general partner in January 2021. Earlier, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Price Gregory Services, Inc., a pipeline infrastructure service provider, and as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Hanover Compressor Company, now known as Exterran Corporation (formerly NYSE: EXTN) and Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC).

Mr. Jackson currently serves as a director of Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) and previously served on the boards of Basic Energy Services, Inc. (formerly NYSE: BAS), where he chaired the Audit Committee, and CNX Midstream Partners, LP (formerly NYSE: CNXM). His extensive executive and board experience across the natural gas compression and energy services industries provides our Board with deep operational, financial and strategic insight directly relevant to the Company's business and growth strategy.
